π About the Role
As a Product Manager at Rebo AI, youβll be at the nexus of product vision, strategy, and execution. You will work closely with our CTO, engineering teams, and customers to define and build products that delight users and empower businesses. Youβll leverage real-time qualitative feedback analysis, ensuring we continuously translate emerging trends and customer insights into tangible product improvements.
In this role, you will shape the product roadmap, collaborate deeply with design and engineering to deliver impactful features, and ensure our solutions resonate with both customer needs and broader market shifts. What Youβll Do
- Define product strategy and roadmaps aligned with our vision and business goals.
- Translate customer insights and feedback data into prioritized features and product improvements.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver user-centric features - from concept through launch.
- Shape and refine product metrics to measure success and guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to refine our product offering in real-time.
- Drive continuous iteration and improvement, ensuring our AI-powered platform remains at the cutting edge of customer experience innovation.

- Proven experience in product management (preferably in SaaS, AI, or ML-driven environments).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from complex qualitative and quantitative data.
- Customer-centric mindset - passionate about solving user problems and building delightful experiences.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments, juggle multiple priorities, and adjust roadmaps as new data emerges.
- A track record of working closely with cross-functional teams, from engineers to designers, to rapidly iterate and deliver impactful products.
